- Do not be alarmed if the product is warm to the touch – the medication is still stable, effective, and safe to use
- BHH Pharmacies conducts product testing, and on average, injectable compounds can withstand temperatures up to 120°F for seven consecutive days without any impact on quality
- Refrigeration is recommended UPON ARRIVAL for extended shelf life
- The medication is sent via 1–2 day express shipping and packaged in insulated thermal bags and ice packs to protect against excessively high temperatures during shipping
- Occasional freezing during transit does not compromise the safety or effectiveness of the medication provided the vial remains unpunctured
- Shipping takes 4–10 days (Order processing + shipping)
