So I had a virtual consult with an MD who was very nice. Told her aging and low energy was my main concern along with a few pounds. I had already looked up Bio Boost Plus which comes from Hallendale Pharmacy which is a 503A Pharmacy in Ft. Lauderdale Florida. A 503”A” Pharmacy is closely monitored and follow strict guidelines. I called to confirm this with them. I have called the pharmacy several times with various questions and they have always answered and provided me with the information I asked for. BioBoost PLUS comes with alcohol wipes, 30ml chilled(ice packs) and syringes. I highly recommend Balance Hormone Health. Balance Hormone Health always responds to emails and questions as well. I have been using BHH since April of this year and have lost a total of 56 lbs so far. The company has been great and my journey has been great. Their orders come fast and they answer questions and communicate very well. My only one complaint is that they sell medication by the vial and it has not been lasting the amount of time they say it does. I’ve ordered a 3 month and recently purchased a 6 month supply. I have enough left for 1 more injection and it’s only been 4 months and I paid for a total of 9 months. Since my last purchase, I have noticed that the amounts of medication has changed and they are offering different specials on their vials. Too bad I didn’t get this deal last time and I paid more than what the price is now. Unfortunately, I will be moving on to see if I can get a better deal that suites what milligram I’m on and can be sufficient for the amount of time I pay for. I started my weight loss journey in June of 2026 after being the heaviest I have ever been in my life!  And going through menopause!  I had to do something!  I had been researching GLP-1’s for years and my doctor had tried to prescribe Wegovy to me, but insurance would not cover it.  Then I found BHH online and made the appointment. I reached out and quickly got an order for labs and shortly after receiving results I had a telehealth visit with a nurse practitioner. The teledoc nurse made sure she answered ALLLLL the questions I came armed with for our call 😂 trust me it was a lot. Then when I received my order I was concerned that there was a mistake - I sent a chat message and in less than 4 hours I was on the phone with the most helpful customer service rep who again took all the time I needed to feel comfortable.
